Q. My oven wont' heat.
My dryer wont dry.
A. Possible cause: if your home has fuse panels, the fuse can be burned out and it won't heat.

Q. My washer-dryer-range, certain features won't work.
A. Possible cause: Make sure selector switches are set properly or pushed all the way in.

Q. My dryer takes to long to dry.
A. Possible cause: Vent or vent hood plugged with lint or bird nest in vent hood.

Q. I need to order a part for my appliance.
A. In order for us to order a part we need a make, model #, Serial # or Manufacturing if there is one.

Q. What should the temperature in the refrigerator section and freezer section be?
A. Refrigerator - 38 degrees
Freezer - 0 degrees

Q. Should I use powder or liquid detergent in my washer or dishwasher?
A. Front load washer - recommend HE (high efficiency) powder detergent.
Top load washer - recommend powder detergent.
Dishwashers - recommend tablets or powder detergent

Q. Should I use cold water to wash clothes:
A. In this part of the untied states water coming out of the ground is 50 degrees. Detergent needs at least 70 degrees to activate the detergent. Some of the new model washers now have temperature sensors to regulate temperature to 70-80 degrees.

Q. Should I wash rubber back rugs in my washer?
A. Old rubber back rugs can come apart and plug the pump. So we don't recommend it when the back is starting to come apart.

Q. My washer won't drain water:
A. Possible cause - Check for a kinked drain hose.

Q. My washer fills real slow.
A. Possible cause - Check the screens and flush the hoses.
